How to find your agent at the airport ?

Arrival : Our agent will wait for you without limit at the exit of the Terminal while your flight has not landed, He will be equipped with a SAMICAR sign

How can I reserve a car?

Our reservations are 100% online. First, select your rental dates on our website to see the different vehicles available. Select the desired car, choose your options, confirm your rental

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

When you book with us, you will first receive an email stating that we have successfully received your booking request. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you an e-mail to make your payment.

The time needed to confirm the reservation will depend on the car requested, we need 2 hours to confirm or reject the reservation.

If you don't receive anything, please check that you have given us the correct email address.

If you made your reservation more than 6 hours ago and you haven't received a confirmation email, it's likely that it has been blocked by the spam filter of your email account .

the methods of payment accepted for the rental of a vehicle?

1 - Online By credit card or debit card

Payment transactions are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire. your reservation must be paid from your customer area after confirmation from us

Payment deadline : the payment deadline is set at 12 hours after receipt of the payment confirmation email .

After the expiry of the payment deadline your reservation will be automatically canceled

Confirmation time : Your reservation will be confirmed immediately after your payment.

2 – by Cash

  2.1 - online prepayment

To confirm your request We require a prepayment of 10% to 20% of your reservation, payable online by credit & debit card. The remaining amount will be paid in cash upon receipt of the vehicle in (EUR - GBP - USD -CAD - MAD)

Payment deadline : the payment deadline is set at 12 hours after receipt of the payment e-mail,

After the expiry of the payment deadline your reservation will be automatically canceled

Reservation cancellation

Any cancellation must be made from your customer area.

  • In case of cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of the rental, you will be refunded the total amount paid, after deduction of the cancellation fee of 33 euros.
  • If your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the start of the rental, no refund will be granted.

    No refund will be due following the customer's failure to show up on the day of picking up the vehicle,

    No refund will be due due to the absence of the necessary documents or one of the conditions to be met by the driver: driving license, identity document, age of the driver, seniority of the driving license.

    To rent a vehicle from SAMICAR, you must be at least 23 years old. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule, even if you have held your driver's license for several years.

    The primary or additional driver must present a valid driver's license that has been held for at least 2 years.
